On 6th February 2025, Kent Club members had the unique opportunity to explore the Churchill War Rooms in Westminster on an exclusive private tour. This special event offered an in-depth experience beyond what is available on a standard visit.

Behind the Scenes of History

Guided by one of the museum’s expert staff, members explored areas not typically seen by the public. The private tour provided insight into the operations of Britain’s secret wartime headquarters, offering fascinating stories and details about Winston Churchill and his cabinet during World War II.

A Deeper Understanding

The tour included both the Cabinet War Rooms and the Churchill Museum, giving members a full picture of the site’s historical significance. Attendees gained a richer understanding of Churchill’s leadership and the challenges faced by Britain during the war.

This exclusive experience allowed members to enjoy the War Rooms in a way that few visitors ever do — combining history, expert knowledge, and an intimate setting for reflection and discussion.
