Please allow 2 to 7 banking days for the refund to reflect in your account. Additionally, you will receive a refund receipt for your records. We want to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Please understand that this situation has taken us by surprise as well, and we are working diligently to address it. It is important to note that these circumstances are legally binding and beyond our control.
