Bill Bones 3rd Memorial Golf Day in Aid of Care After Combat

We are thrilled to extend an invitation to you for a day of golf in support of Care After Combat. This event is made possible through the generosity of the St James Golf Lodge 765, who have graciously opened their doors to all Kent Club members. It presents a wonderful opportunity to indulge in your love for golf while also lending a hand to our veterans in need.

Established in 1972 and designed by the esteemed Swan Family, Bentley Golf Club stands as a testament to excellence in the realm of golf courses. Acquired by its members in 2004, the club has since solidified its place as one of the premier destinations in the county. Bentley proudly hosts various county-level events, including the Essex County Championship, and regularly welcomes the Essex Captains.

Mark your calendars for the 9th of August 2024, when the 18-hole event will commence. Arrive at the course from 10 am onwards to enjoy bacon rolls and a coffee reception, with tee-offs starting at 11:30 am sharp in a shotgun format. Following the completion of the 18 holes, a delicious meal awaits. The day’s festivities will continue with a price presentation and auction, followed by drinks and music. Feel free to extend this invitation to friends, family, partners, and anyone interested, as it falls on a Friday, alleviating any concerns about work the following day.
